Which plan fits your inbox?

Two numbers decide this, and you can pull both from your own Gmail in five minutes: how much email arrives in a month, and how many different standard answers you send. Each plan's “responses” count is the number of reply templates (and matching categories) you can set up; the emails-per-month figure is how many incoming messages ReplyConductor can classify for you in a billing cycle.

Starter — $9.99/mo

Right for a solo professional whose repetitive email boils down to a few recurring questions — rates, availability, how-it-works. Three response templates sounds small, but it deliberately covers the pattern most freelancers and one-person shops actually have: if 80% of your repetitive email is three questions, this is your plan. The 100-email monthly allowance suits an inbox getting a handful of classifiable messages a day.

Pro — $19/mo

The step up is about variety as much as volume. Fifteen templates fits a business with a real menu — separate answers for different services, booking vs. quoting vs. support. Pro also adds thread context: the AI considers the last 3 messages in a conversation when classifying, which matters once customers reply back and forth rather than sending one-off questions.

Business — $49/mo

For genuinely busy inboxes: 5,000 emails a month, up to 100 templates, deeper thread context (5 messages), and a higher auto-response rate limit (100/hour vs. 20/hour) for spikes. If email is a primary channel for your business rather than a side door, this is the tier built for that load.

Honest guidance: start lower than you think. The 7-day trial runs on your real inbox, so within a week you'll see your actual usage in the dashboard — and upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, so there's no penalty for starting on Starter and moving up when the numbers say so.

Pricing questions, answered plainly

How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial on your real inbox. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed. After that, plans are month-to-month — no contracts, cancel anytime.
What counts toward the monthly email limit?
Every incoming email that ReplyConductor classifies with AI counts, whether it ends up answered, drafted, or skipped as no-match. Messages filtered out before classification — mailing lists, bulk senders, no-reply addresses, your own messages — don't count against your limit.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Processing pauses: new email simply stays in your inbox as normal, and nothing is sent on your behalf until your next billing period starts or you upgrade. Nothing is lost — the emails are right where Gmail put them.
What's the difference between "emails" and "responses"?
Emails per month is volume — how many incoming messages the AI can classify each billing cycle. Responses is variety — how many different reply templates (each with its own category) you can have set up at once: 3 on Starter, 15 on Pro, 100 on Business.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for. Both happen from your account page — no support ticket needed.
Do all plans include draft mode and live mode?
Yes. Every plan lets you choose between draft mode (replies are staged as Gmail drafts for your review) and live mode (replies send automatically from your address), and you can switch between them whenever you like.
